Booking Guidelines: To secure availability and the best rates, it’s advisable to make your booking well in advance. While we generally accept bookings up to 12 hours before your transfer, the cutoff time may vary depending on your destination and requested dates. Even if you’re making a late booking, we’ll endeavor to accommodate you, but it’s always best to plan ahead as availability may be limited for last-minute requests.

Booking for Others: You’re welcome to book on behalf of someone else by providing the lead passenger’s details during the third step of the booking process.

Same-Day Bookings: For same-day bookings, please contact our Customer Service team at our  EMAIL or call +353- 830343445 to check availability.

Booking Confirmation: Once payment is processed, your booking confirmation will be sent promptly. If you don’t receive it, please check your Spam/Junk folder. If it’s not there, reach out to us through our contact form, and we’ll resend it.

Confirmation Printing: While printing your confirmation isn’t necessary, we recommend having it accessible on your mobile device. It contains vital details like meeting points and our contact information, essential in case of connectivity issues.

Payment and Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you’ll receive a payment receipt automatically. If you don’t receive it or can’t find it, please check your spam folder. If the receipt isn’t there, inform us via our contact form.

Invoicing: We automatically send payment receipts to the provided email. If you need an official invoice, we can provide one after all your transfers are completed. Send us an email with your booking reference and fiscal details.

Payment Options: We accept PAYPAL, VISA, and MasterCard for full payments at the time of booking. No money exchange is required with the driver. Online bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours before the transfer for a full refund.

Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in the price. Clients may offer gratuities at their discretion to show appreciation for the service provided.

Whether you’re traveling for business or pleasure, you can expect the highest level of comfort and style.

What happen if my travel plans change? At GG Elite Chauffeur Service, with years of experience in arranging transfers, we understand that customers’ travel plans can change unexpectedly. That’s why flexibility has been a core focus since our inception. Our private transfers offer the following:

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your transfer
  • Unlimited free amendments to your booking
  • Complimentary flight monitoring to accommodate delays
  • Complimentary 60-minute wait at the airport

If your flight is delayed, rest assured, we’re prepared! During booking, we collect your flight details to monitor any delays, ensuring our driver awaits you in the airport arrivals hall.

Missed your flight? Notify us promptly, and we’ll endeavor to reschedule based on driver and vehicle availability.

To cancel, reach out via our contact form, email, or phone. One-way transfers can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours prior, while cancellations within 12 hours are non-refundable. Ineligible for a refund? We’ll provide an invoice for potential reimbursement from your travel insurance or airline.

Need to modify your booking? Simply contact us, though changes within 24 hours are subject to availability.

While traveling, your driver awaits in the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. Can’t find your driver? Call the provided mobile number or our office, and we’ll assist. Stay at the meeting point until instructed otherwise by our Customer Service team.

Receive your driver’s details via text and email 60 to 90 minutes before pickup. Contact us if you need them sooner.

We exclusively use Mercedes  vehicle, However, due to the dynamic nature of airport transfers, we may assign a different vehicle as needed.
