Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a booking please contact GGELITE Chauffeur Services by email or phone.

Cancelations up to 24 hours prior pickup are free of charge. If cancellation is made in less than 24hs 50% charge will apply.

Airport transfer pickups

The first 50 minutes of waiting time are free of charge. After this time an extra charge may apply.

Other pickups

The first 10 minutes of waiting is free of charge. After this time an extra charge may apply.

If No Show occur

If the client does not arrive. No refund will be given.

Our Prices

Our price remain the same as per booking, a less there is any changes on destinations, itineraries etc required by the client, that differ from the initial agreement. 

Confirmations

All our bookings details will be confirmed, please ensure you had received our booking confirmation email.

Insurance
Our vehicles/drivers of GGelite Chauffeur Services are fully insured.

Children
GGElite Chauffeur Services will provide child seats. If a child seat is required for your journey it must required at the time of the booking.

Weddings
Our car will provide a comfortable and safe journey to you on your special day.

Smoking
GGELITE Chauffeur Services operates please note that we have a No Smoking policy in all our vehicles.

Animals/Pets
Guide dogs are allowed in our vehicles. Please ensure to inform that you have a guide dog, when booking.

Damage
If a passenger causes any damage to the car, an extra charge will apply to cover the cost of fixing or cleaning.

Tips

Client may like to offer tip to the driver in gratitude. Please notice that it cannot be taken out of the hire booking charges.

Responsibility

GGelite Chauffeur Service do not accept responsibility for the following: delays due to adverse natural/nature conditions; lost or damage of any item belonging to any of the passengers travelling in our vehicles unless caused by a member of GGELITE Staff; delays caused by traffic accidents or conditions: If a person decide to leave any possessions or items in the vehicle does so at their own risk, as we are not able to hold liable for item left behind of unattended.
